Our customers expect trouble-free cooperation on all levels. Our customer service center is the spot were all communication is concentrated and thus efficiently organized, giving contact to a person that coordinates customer contact through all areas of the company.

We call this function "spider in the web", as it carries the responsibility to solve all customer queries promptly and to the utmost satisfaction.

Every customer has his or her "own" contact at the customer service center with who he can discuss  all questions regarding quality or individual time standards for import and export shipments. This contact person is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the handling process on all levels and that all agreed standards are adhered to.
